The International Association for Information and Data Quality (IAIDQ) and the Electronic Commerce Code Management Association (ECCMA) (“Associations”) provide this website and its services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. If you visit idqsummit.org (the “Site”) which is operated by the Associations, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use when you use the Site. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use, do not use any portion of the Site. The Associations reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time by updating this posting. The Associations, and any content and product suppliers, do not grant any express or implied rights to you under any patents, copyrights, trademarks or trade secrets.
If you do post or submit photographs, materials or content of any nature (the “Content”), and unless indicated otherwise, you hereby grant the Associations a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content throughout the world in any media. You grant the Associations the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such Content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the Content that you submit; that the Content is accurate; that use by the Associations of the Content you supply does not violate any rights and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify the Associations for all claims resulting from Content you supply. Nonexclusive License . . .
We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited right to access and display the Site and the content provided herein for personal use, provided that you comply fully with these Terms and Conditions of Use. No portion of the Site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Associations. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted by the Associations. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of idqsummit.org so long as the link does not portray the Associations and its services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive matter. You may not use any Association’s logo, photo, graphic, or other proprietary work or trademark as part of the link without the express written permission of the Associations.

Unauthorized use or modification of any information stored on the Site may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution under Federal, State and local law. You may not use the Site for anything other than a lawful and legitimate purpose. You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the Site in any way. You may not advertise or solicit on or through the Site without express written permission. The Associations reserve the right to refuse service, remove or edit content in its sole discretion. While the Associations have no obligation to monitor the Site and is not responsible for the content of any messages, information or files transmitted on the Site, the Associations reserve the right to delete and take other appropriate action with respect to such messages, information or files with which the Associations, in its sole discretion, deems objectionable or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The Associations have no control over the linked websites or other materials, information, goods or services available or contained on these linked sites. In no event will the liability of the Associations or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, licensors, or distributors exceed $1,000 (USD). (e) By viewing this Site, you acknowledge that the Associations are not associated or affiliated with any original equipment manufacturer and anything depicted on this Site is not recommended, endorsed, licensed or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer. The Associations respect the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of others, and we ask our clients to do the same.
Indemnification . . .
You agree to indemnify and hold the Associations and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party, including original equipment manufacturers, due to or arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, or other infringement by you, or any other user of your member name, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
Applicable Laws . . .
The Associations operate the Site from its offices in the United States and makes no representations that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Access to the Site from any territory where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. The display of the Site alone does not subject the Associations to any specific jurisdiction. You may not use or export any of the Site materials in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations. If any of the terms herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed sever able and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining terms or condition. Commerce Code Management Association (ECCMA) (the “Associations”) are committed to
protecting your privacy. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Associations’ website
and governs data collection and usage for all Associations’ resources, products and
services; it does not apply to other online or offline resources, products or services
not controlled by the Associations. This website is a general audience website, intended
for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed

The Associations may collect your personal and demographic information, such as your
email address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. Information collected
by the Associations is used solely for the purpose of billing and shipping your online
purchases and/or registering you for training or other services. The Associations
do not collect any information about your computer hardware and/or software. The
Associations encourage you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose
to link to from idqsummit.org so that you can understand how those websites collect,
use and share your information. We are not responsible for the privacy statements
or other content on websites outside of the Associations’ websites.

The Associations and its operational service partners collect and use your personal
information to process product orders and deliver the products and services requested.
It is possible that the Associations may also use personal information to inform
you of other products or services available from the Associations and its affiliates.
The Associations may also contact you via surveys to conduct research or to ask your
opinion about current services or potential new services that may be offered. The
Associations do not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. The
Associations may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners
about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your
personal information (email, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred
to the third party. The Associations will occasionally hire other companies to provide
limited services on our behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of mailings,
providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analysis
of our services. The Associations will only provide those companies the personal
information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality

conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on the Associations
or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of the Associations, including
its websites; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety
of users of the Associations or the public. Personal information collected on this
Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which
the Associations or its affiliates, subsidiaries or agents maintain facilities, and
by using this Site, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your
country. The Associations abide by the safe harbor framework as set forth by the
U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data

The Associations value its customers choices for the collection, use and sharing
